products offer outstanding value and years of service for your applications.
If within 30 days of shipping, the product does not perform as advertised,
call ISC Customer Service Department at 800-458-6255 and request a return
authorization (RA) and the reason you wish to return the product. Requesting
an RA does not guarantee an RA will be authorized.
Product must be returned in the original packaging or equal and in like new condition with the ISC authorized RA number. Product that arrives in less than new condition, damaged or improperly packaged may not be eligible for credit.
Product made to customer specifications or product returned without an ISC authorized RA number will not be eligible for credit. Product purchased that is not a standard catalog item may not be eligible for credit. When product is received back in like new condition, per above paragraph, with an authorized RA number, credit will be given for the full purchase price less the following:
1. Original invoice freight/installation charge.
2. 25% restocking fee on most products. Some electronic products go up to 50%
The return freight will be at the expense of the sender.
